I'm extremely happy with the Fantastic Rooter Plumbing team. They were recommended by a neighbor who has been using them for years. I hired a big-name local plumber who charged me over $1K to use their hydro snake to help me remove a blockage that filled up my first-floor tub, and after they left it backed up again. That's when I called Fantastic. They came out in the late afternoon, assessed the problem within 90 minutes, and suggested opening the first-floor toilet with their commercial snake. Voila! There were no more problems, and it cost me just a little over $700. Professional, honest, and hardworking, I wish I could give them 10 stars! By the way, I contacted the owners of the big-name plumber, and they refunded all of my money.
