We had previously used Jaime and Fantastic Rooter for a routine minor repair to a Rinnai tankless water heater. Upon the completion of that repair, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Fantastic Rooter. Jaime was on time, very knowledgeable, and clearly experienced.

Fast forward to today, our unit was approaching 20 years old and needed attention. I didn't hesitate to return to Fantastic Rooter for the service. Based on our communications and current photos of the unit, we made the proactive decision to replace it. Jaime was vey supportive with multiple calls to help determine the correct upgrade for our needs.

The scope of the work was a complete installation of the new unit. Jaime and his team arrived on time to completed the installation professionally. His crew demonstrated the same pride in their work throughout the entire job.

Never hesitate to call Jaime and his crew. I never have any doubt that he will fix whatever needs you have. I had a leaky shower with a very particular part. He located the part and fixed the leak. Additionally I had a Thermador stove that had a very low flame, he was able to dissemble the stove and completely adjust the flame height.

They were assisting me with a clog at our retail location in the Gilroy Premium Outlets and their tech James determined that there was no issue and they were nice enough not to charge me a walkthrough!
